Innovative Interceptors will accept returns within 30 days of delivery
of the product (we won't hold shipping delays against you). Some conditions
do apply: |
- Defective Items may be returned for replacement. Innovative Interceptors
will pay the return shipping on defective items only.
- All returns must be accompanied with a return authorization number
issued by Innovative Interceptors.
- Non-Defective Items MUST be in NEW / RESALABLE condition.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping charges on Non-Defective
Items.
- A 7.5% Restocking Fee will be charged on all non-defective items
returned in NEW / RESALABLE condition.
- A 15% Restocking Fee will be charged on any
non-defective items that cannot be re-sold as NEW (ie. scratched,
dirty, etc.).
- Customers are responsible for any charges required to return an
item to NEW / RESALABLE condition (i.e. replace missing or damaged
installation hardware, packaging, etc.).
- Special Order Items can ONLY be returned if defective or damaged,
and ONLY for replacement. Refunds will NOT be given on Special Order
Items.
